IT Infrastructure Project Manager – Transit & Traffic Initiatives We’re seeking a seasoned IT Project Manager to lead infrastructure projects supporting traffic and transit operations in Nashville. This role requires strong coordination skills, technical understanding, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams and vendors from project planning through execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead IT infrastructure initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors, handling project scope, timelines, and payments Communicate technical updates clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences Monitor project progress, risks, and performance metrics Support development and implementation of IT/OSP standards and procedures Occasionally work nights, weekends, or holidays as needed

Requirements:

6+ years of IT project management experience, preferably with infrastructure projects Proven ability to manage teams, vendors, and complex timelines Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

PMP certification or experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies Familiarity with project management tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, etc.) Knowledge of IT/OSP systems and infrastructure
