Onsite – Nashville LHH is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join a multi-year, multi-site signage transition initiative for a client in Nashville. The role is part of a collaborative team of project managers overseeing the rebranding of exterior signage-such as wayfinding, parking lot signage, and facility exteriors. This will be an ongoing contract. The selected candidate will help ensure continuity and progress on a well-established, long-term project that’s positioned for future expansion.
Responsibilities:
Manage and track timelines, budgets, and deliverables for signage transition projects across multiple facilities. Partner with internal stakeholders, vendors, and consultants to ensure the successful execution updates, from planning through installation. Ensure all projects remain on time and within scope Serve as a communication liaison between cross-functional teams Support project continuity by maintaining detailed documentation and reporting progress to executive stakeholders
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree 5+ years of project management experience Proven ability to manage large-scale projects with a high degree of detail and coordination Excellent communication Experience working with external vendors, creative teams, and operational stakeholders Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar)
Pay Details:
$45.00 – $55.00 per hour This position is contract and hybrid in Nashville, Tennessee.
