Project Manager Tridvalidation Nashville, TN 37201 Manages multiple medium and large-sized projects, including some complex projects, in support of the Statewide Security Program Facilitates the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements Leads planning and implementation of projects Develops methods to monitor project progress and takes corrective action Manages projects based on repeatable standards and practices where possible, but also may require defining new approaches. Resolves or assists in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional areas. Works cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes to resolve issues Proactively and routinely identifies, mitigates and reports project risks Manages and coordinates project budget and resource allocation.
