Contract/Full-Time•12 months LHH is partnering with a healthcare client in Nashville to find a Project Manager to support a major division-wide rebranding initiative. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, has strong data coordination experience, and understands how to navigate complex marketing projects across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Own and manage Excel sheets used by 5-6 cross-functional teams conducting regular updates to data
Manage rebranding tasks aligning location-specific details with company’s brand standards
Analyze survey results and make actionable recommendations guide stakeholders through marketing and operational projects with clarity and structure
Collaborate with teams to understand current marketing needs and guide them through project phases
Provide structure and strategy to ongoing initiatives while ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals
Qualifications:
4+ years of Project Management or Consulting experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Excel (formulas) and PowerPoint
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Experience presenting to and collaborating with VP-level stakeholders
Comfortable working across multiple teams and shifting priorities as needed
Experience working in the healthcare industry is a major plus
Pay Details:
$30.00•$40.00 per hour This position is contract and hybrid in Nashville, Tennessee.
