We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manage r to lead complex IT project s in a regulated manufacturing environmen t. This role requires strong project management expertis e, business process understandin g, and vendor coordinatio n .
Key Responsibilities :

Project Leadership & Execution :
Manage IT project s from initiation to completion, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and risk managemen t .Develop and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, and timeline s .Provide status update s and presentations to stakeholders .?
Stakeholder & Business Analysis :
Gather and document business and functional requirement s for IT solutions .Act as a liaiso n between business units, technical teams, and vendor s .Facilitate meeting s with internal teams and external partners .?
SDLC & Quality Assurance :
Execute System Development Life Cycle (SDLC ) documentation for IT system implementations .Develop use cases, test cases, and assist in user trainin g .Conduct usability and functionality testin g for compliance .?
Vendor & Team Management :
Manage vendor relationship s and cross-functional project team s .Ensure vendor deliverables alig n with project timelines and objectives .Coordinate smooth project handof f to IT support teams .
Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degre e in IT, Computer Science, or a related disciplin e (Require d) .? 8+ year s of IT solution development, support, or implementatio n experience .? 3+ year s leading IT project s (preferably in manufacturing/regulate d environments) .? Strong expertise in Project Management methodologie s (Agile, Waterfall) .? Proficiency in SDLC phase s (planning, design, development, testing, implementation, maintenance) .? Manufacturing IT knowledg e (preferred) .? PMP certificatio n (Highly Desirable) .? Excellent stakeholder communication & vendor management skill s .
