You’ll be in charge of keeping everything moving – from field measuring and scheduling to client coordination and estimating small change orders. ????
Key Responsibilities:
Run projects from award to completion (detailing ? fab ? erection) Conduct field measurements for existing structures and retrofits Coordinate with detailers, erectors, shop managers, and GCs Estimate small to mid-sized change orders (large ones go to Jerry) Maintain project timelines and handle change orders as needed ??????? Who You’ll Work With A tight-knit team of 2 other PMs Reports to Jerry’s lead estimator (position currently vacant) Close coordination with detailers, shop staff, and on-site crews ???? What We’re Looking For ?
Must-Have Skills:
Strong structural steel knowledge (components, drawing interpretation, estimating) Hands-on field experience – you should be just as comfortable with a tape measure as with a spreadsheet Excel proficiency (we use paper drawings – no fancy software here) ?
