Job Purpose:

to maximize throughput of an IT team by managing the administration of projects in Smartsheet
This Project Manager will: Manage project plans

• timelines, performance metrics, and resource allocation Utilize tools such as Smartsheet, Excel, Jira Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency Assist in identifying resource allocation issues, bottlenecks, process gaps, and opportunities for optimization Assist in coordination of tasks and dependencies to ensure timely delivery of project milestones Support product managers and senior technical leads with documentation, reporting, and stakeholder
  communication
  Advanced level proficiency with Smartsheet software or similar like MS Project
  2+ years of project coordination or management experience in software delivery or other projects by a team
  Intermediate level understanding of project management methodologies•Waterfall, Agile, Scrum and Kanban
  Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  Skills

  Additional Skills & Qualifications
  Certification in project management•e.

g. PMP
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Project Management
Beginner level experience with process mapping and data analysis tools

  Pay and Benefits
  The pay range for this position is $35.00
• $40.00/hr.
