Description Job Purpose:

to maximize throughput of an IT team by managing the administration of projects in Smartsheet This Project Manager will:

• Manage project plans
• timelines, performance metrics, and resource allocation
• Utilize tools such as Smartsheet, Excel, Jira
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency
• Assist in identifying resource allocation issues, bottlenecks, process gaps, and opportunities for optimization
• Assist in coordination of tasks and dependencies to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
• Support product managers and senior technical leads with documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication Advanced level proficiency with Smartsheet software or similar like MS Project 2+ years of project coordination or management experience in software delivery or other projects by a team Intermediate level understanding of project management methodologies
• Waterfall, Agile, Scrum and Kanban Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities simultaneously Skills Project management, Agile, Ms project, Jira, Stakeholder management Additional Skills & Qualifications Certification in project management
• e.g. PMP Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Project Management Beginner level experience with process mapping and data analysis tools
