Project Manager Job Description Position Title:

Project Manager Key Responsibilities:

Manage projects from conception to completion Ensure alignment with key stakeholders and bring subject matter expertise in multiple business and/or technology domains to solve business problems Follow professional project management methodologies and best practices (e.g., Prince II), Adecco processes, and tools. Develop and review Business Cases to ensure projects are executable and approved by the Project Approval Boards. Create project plans and proposals specifying goals, time frames, funding limitations, strategy, planning/scheduling, risks, mitigation plans, procedures, and staffing. Plan, direct, and coordinate activities pertaining to projects, including identifying dependencies, time objectives, resources, quality criteria, cost constraints, and overall project objectives

Qualifications:

4-6 years of experience managing a brand’s social channels. Bachelor’s degree with a focus on Marketing or Communication. Experience generating creative social media content and campaigns. Ability to solve complex problems and leverage analytics to inform decision-making. Experience with Sprout Social or other social analytics platforms. Proven ability to deliver business insights and recommendations. Demonstrated ability to create easy-to-understand and easy-to-replicate reports. Experience creating and maintaining project schedules using project management systems
