We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and driveconstruction projects to successful completion. DescriptionManage end-to-end construction projects, ensuring timely andbudget-friendly delivery. Collaborate with clients, architects, andsubcontractors to align project objectives. Monitor projectprogress and implement adjustments as necessary to ensure qualitystandards are met. Prepare and present regular project reports tostakeholders. Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, andservices for projects. Ensure compliance with all safetyregulations and industry standards. Lead and mentor project teamsto achieve project goals effectively. Identify and mitigatepotential risks to keep projects on track. Profile A degree inconstruction management, engineering, or a related field. Provenexpertise in managing construction projects within the businessservices industry. Strong leadership and organizational skills withattention to detail. Excellent communication skills to coordinateeffectively with diverse teams. Knowledge of project managementtools and construction software. A proactive approach toproblem-solving and decision-making. Job Offer A competitive salaryrange of $110,000 to $125,000, depending on experience.
