Coordinatesubcontractors, materials, and schedules to ensure seamlessexecution. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site incompliance with OSHA and company standards. Conduct dailywalkthroughs, quality checks, and progress reporting. Serve as theon-site liaison between project managers, clients, and trades.

Profile 5 years of superintendent experience in commercialinteriors or tenant improvement. Strong knowledge of interiorsystems, finishes, and fast-track construction. Ability to read andinterpret blueprints, schedules, and specifications. Excellentcommunication and leadership skills. Proficiency in constructionmanagement software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, PlanGrid).
