Project Manager – Multifamily 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars Nashville, TN Plan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals. Manage project budget and resources effectively. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. Ensure the quality of construction meets the standards and expectations. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the success of the project. Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements. Enforce project standards to minimize exposure and risk on the project.
