Residential Project Manager – Roofing Division My Roofing Crew Nashville, TN My Roofing Crew is a young and progressive roofing company based out of Springfield, TN, just North of Nashville. Founded by two individuals with a combined thirty years’ experience in general contracting, roofing and emergency services with an entrepreneurial spirit. We are currently licensed in eleven states across the Southeast primarily focused on commercial and residential roofing. We have experienced such growth over the last five years that we are seeking a Residential Roofing Project Manager to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

Selects, supervises, develops, evaluates and motivates personnel in the Production Department Attract, contract and schedule all required subcontractors and equipment Ensure subcontractors are completing their responsibilities on schedule with emphasis on quality that meets and exceeds customer expectations Ensure all jobs are completed at or below the estimated labor and material costs Perform roof inspections in accordance with company and contract specifications. (Must be willing and able to climb a ladder.) Attend pre-construction meetings, schedule job start/completion dates, and coordinate with subcontractors Account for change orders and ensure appropriate approval from original scope Meet with customers to ensure project going as planned to their satisfaction, and explore future business opportunities. Resolve issues with customers and/or crews as needed Ensure worksites are in compliance with company safety policies and procedures, and federal/state/local regulations Complete all paperwork in accurate and timely manner Provide superior customer service along with meeting customers to resolve issues Performs additional duties as needed and/or assigned by supervision/management

Job Requirements:

3-5 years experience in residential roofing industry preferred. Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required. Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and organizational skills. Job Management Software experience preferred Must be proficient in computer software such as Microsoft Office and advanced in Excel.

Compensation:

• Salary will be commensurate with Experience
• Full Benefit Package available

$50,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
