Commercial Roof Project Manager A client company that we areworking with are actively interviewing for an open role withintheir company for a senior level project manager in the commercialroofing space. This company is well known in their market for doingreputable work and dealing with their customers/clients/employeesthe right way. They are open to speaking with individuals who haveyears of commercial roof experience and knowledge and so if that isyou then take a look at some of the other details to this ProjectManager position. Commercial Roof Project Manager Duties
- Coordinate meetings for up to date labor figures
- Review estimateswith management
- Work with a variety of commercial roofs; TPO,EPDM, BUILT-UP, Metal, Mod-Bit, and More
- Run Commercial Roofingprojects on time and under budget
- Run crews of foreman,superintendents, etc.
- Have the ability to make site visits anddecipher what type of roof systems are currently installedCommercial Roof Project Manager Experience Required
- 4 years ofcommercial roofing project management experience
- Experience withCommercial Roofing materials and techniques
- Must be comfortablewith leading a team
- Positive attitude, Analytical in nature,Self-motivated, Ambitious, and a Team player Benefits for aCommercial Roofing Project Manager
