Overview The Senior D365 Specialist is responsible for working with finance and accounting stakeholders to enable and test new capabilities, provide direct feedback to the team on areas for application improvement, work with developers and testers on enhancements, and identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues. In this role, you will also lead discovery workshops and implementations around new D365 capabilities and related initiatives. Responsibilities Provide direct D365 production support Discover and document user stories and solution designs Work with teams to analyze and prioritize application requirements and create work breakdown deliverables.
