They are offering a competitive base salary as well as bonusesbased on project completion Description Provide leadership anddirection on light industrial construction projects Monitorconstruction through administrative direction of on-site andcorporate staff to ensure project is built on schedule and withinbudget Work with the Project team to develop a work plan, establishpriorities and assign tasks Coordinate the preparation of theschedule and long term planning Implement, monitor, update andcommunicate the progress schedule and its periodic revisions Managefinancial aspects of contracts: review and approve budgets, costreports, rental equipment and expenses Perform the final review ofinternal items such as Cost Analysis, Monthly Billing, Master CostBreakdown and Monthly Reports Manage subcontractor schedules,quality of work, coordination with other trades and payments Createand maintain a safe/secure job site environment Review and approvedrawings and samples prior to submission Train and develop theProject team and schedule project resources Profile 9 years ofexperience as a Project Manager with a general contractorCommercial construction background is required Ground up experienceis required Bachelors degree in Construction Management, CivilEngineering, Architecture or a related field is required Theability to work in a fast paced work environment Strong trackrecord with client relationships Working knowledge of skilledtrades including carpentry, masonry, concrete work, site excavationand grading, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electricalWorking knowledge of construction technology and details. Candidatemust be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding allconstruction documents including specifications and drawingsExcellent communication skills with various parties includingmanagement, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, andclients.
