Job Description
LVI Associates is currently partnered with a leading regional firm throughout the southeast looking to bring on a Senior Highway Project Manager out of their Nashville office.
Role Overview:
In this position, you’ll be delivering infrastructure enhancement projects, guiding them from initial design through to final construction. You’ll be responsible for managing all phases of project planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee medium to large-scale infrastructure projects, managing every stage of the project life cycle. Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets. Present complex technical solutions to clients, showcasing your problem-solving skills. Supervise the design process for various infrastructure projects. Work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality project outcomes. Contribute to business development and proposal creation. Coordinate with client account managers to secure new projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field; a Master’s degree is preferred. Professional engineering registration. Experience in managing infrastructure projects. Familiarity with specific design software like OpenRoads and Inroads. At least 7 years of experience. Proven success in managing complex projects. Proficiency in industry-standard design software. Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong communication and presentation skills, with client-facing experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
