We focus on civil infrastructure projects across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. Our company, ELI, serves a diverse client base including private entities as well as state and local governments with expertise in Energy, Civil Infrastructure, Utilities, Transportation, and Land Development. Headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, ELI also operates offices in North Carolina, Virginia, Ohio, and across Tennessee. As we continue to expand, we are now seeking a responsible, highly motivated, and detail-oriented Survey Project Manager to join our growing survey team at our Nashville, TN location. This role will involve working on a wide range of land surveying projects including boundary surveys, route surveys, pipeline surveys, topographic surveys, construction layout, as-built surveys, and aerial (UAS/drone) surveying. The Survey Project Manager is an integral part of the project team, will communicate with senior leadership within the company, as well as communicates directly with clients. Essential tasks with this position include the following: Oversee and provide direction to field crews Create CAD deliverables to support client needs (Civil 3D, MicroStation, TBC) Process scanning and Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) data Support scheduling and work planning for survey crews Support proposal preparation and client engagement efforts Provide mentorship and oversight to field and office survey team members Assist with field survey operations if needed Assist Survey Manager with complex survey analysis Maintain high safety standards and ensure survey crew compliance Assist Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in QC/QA process of deliverables Maintain equipment inventory and staking supplies Manage project performance and budget adherence Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs This position reports to the Survey Department Manager and assist with supporting the overall management, coordination, and professional oversight of the department. The Survey Project Manager should be capable of working independently with minimal supervision while also excelling in a collaborative team setting.

Education/Experience Qualifications:

High School Diploma or its equivalent 2 or 4-year degree in surveying, engineering, construction management, or a related field (Preferred but not required) SIT certification in TN or nearby states (or ability to obtain certification within 12 months) Driven to obtain RLS and/or PLS Experience using Trimble Business Center, Civil 3D, MicroStation, Arc

GIS, PLS CADD

(Preferred but not required) Experience with 3D Terrestrial Scanning, UAS Part 107 (Preferred but not required) 3+ years relevant progressive experience in survey project management (Preferred but not required) Excellent communication skills Valid driver’s license Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and AutoCAD Cicil 3

Schedule:

Full time Monday to Friday Occasional weekend work may be required ELI places a high priority on the growth of the Company with emphasis on Civil Infrastructure in Municipal, Transportation, Natural Gas, Energy, and Private Sector Markets.
