About the Company Our client, a large e-commerce provider, is looking for support on their Transaction Management Team. This team plays a critical role in supporting high-volume real estate operations for a major global company. About the Role The Transaction Analyst will provide critical project management and transaction support to a high-volume real estate team. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who have a go-getter attitude and are hungry to grow. The position is a temporary, full-time role with an estimated length of 12 months, offering an opportunity for contract renewal for top performers. Key Responsibilities Support real estate project and transaction execution. Coordinate, manage, and track project information, timelines, and deliverables. Assist with market surveys, due diligence, and financial analysis preparation. Aggregate, validate, and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations. Track project progress against goals, budgets, and timelines. Ensure data integrity across all projects and team processes. Perform complex ad hoc projects as requested. Preferred Qualifications 2-5 years of real estate, leasing, or transaction experience. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of financial and real estate principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (database and modeling experience preferred). Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) and SharePoint preferred. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Research, Construction, Economics, or Business. Experience in industrial or retail asset classes
