As a Project Coordinator, you will support the planning, execution, and delivery of technology initiatives within our freight brokerage operations. Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and track the implementation and optimization of freight tech systems (TMS, visibility platforms, carrier onboarding tools, etc.) Serve as a liaison between technology providers and internal operations teams. Assist in project planning, including timelines, milestones, documentation, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and escalate issues when necessary. Support user training and change management during new software rollouts. Collaborate with the product and tech teams to align system capabilities with brokerage workflow needs. Gather user feedback and help prioritize system enhancements or fixes. Ensure successful integration and data consistency between systems (e.g., CRM, TMS, rating APIs).

Required:

2+ years of experience in project coordination (logistics, supply chain, or SaaS ideal) Familiarity with freight brokerage systems (Revenova, Project44, Highway, etc.) Strong time management and organizational skills Clear communication and stakeholder management abilities Experience with project management tools (e.g. Monday.com, Excel, Smartsheets) Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments

Preferred:

Experience in a 3PL, 4PL, or freight brokerage setting Understanding of

EDI, API
