Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and regular project updates. Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and control costs to maximize profitability. • Monitor construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project plans, safety regulations, and quality standards. Ensure that all project work adheres to industry standards and company quality guidelines. Monitor project schedules and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines. Oversee contracts, change orders, and subcontracts, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Maintain a strong focus on safety, implementing safety protocols, and promoting a culture of safety on-site. Provide regular project status reports to senior management and owner. Utilize email and technology systems for project documentation, communication, and management. Conduct employee interviews, oversee employees on jobs, send employees to job locations with their strengths. On the job training if needed for employees. Communicate and facilitate job materials from suppliers to jobs. Aid in larger residential or light commercial jobs when necessary. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Proven experience as a Project Manager in the plumbing construction industry with a track record of successful project delivery. Experience with email and project management software for effective communication and documentation. Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work. Master or plumbing license a plus. A degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
