Full Job Description About IG:

Info-graphics (IG) is a growing content creation and design agency specializing in graphic design, 3D rendering, animation, and instructional design. We’re known for delivering high-impact creative solutions that meet client needs across industries. We’re looking for a versatile Account/Project Manager to join our team—someone who can build strong client relationships while coordinating project logistics from start to finish.

Position Overview:

This role combines account management and project management duties. You’ll be the main point of contact for clients while supporting project execution, working closely with internal teams to ensure deliverables are on time, on brand, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Client & Account Management Serve as the primary liaison for assigned client accounts. Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients to understand goals, provide guidance, and ensure satisfaction. Communicate regularly to share updates, gather feedback, and guide clients through the project lifecycle. Identify opportunities to expand client accounts through up-selling or cross-selling agency services. Collaborate with creative and production teams to align deliverables with client expectations. Project Management & Execution Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation. Coordinate with internal teams to allocate resources and monitor progress via project tracking tools. Facilitate meetings and follow-ups, including capturing and distributing meeting notes and action items. Oversee quality assurance, proofing, and copy editing processes. Support project administrative needs including documentation, file management, and reporting. Ensure that all projects adhere to defined scope and timelines, and are properly documented. Anticipate issues or delays and proactively implement solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, project coordination, or client services—preferably in a creative, content, or design-focused agency. Strong communication and presentation skills—written and verbal. Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook. PowerPoint). Familiarity with Apple platforms and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and strong problem-solving mindset. Willingness to travel occasionally (~10%).

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a client facing role or project management. Comfortable navigating both client-facing and internal project coordination responsibilities. Knowledge of creative workflows and digital media production.
