Client DetailsOur client is a well-established GC known for deliveringhigh-quality commercial projects across office, healthcare, retail,and institutional sectors. They offer a collaborative team culture,strong mentorship, and a clear path for advancement. DescriptionAssist in managing project schedules, budgets, and documentationfrom preconstruction through closeout. Coordinate withsubcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timelyproject milestones. Support procurement, submittals, RFIs, andchange order processes. Help maintain project records, meetingminutes, and progress reports. Collaborate with field teams toensure alignment between office and site operations. Profile 2-4years of experience in commercial construction project coordinationor management. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management,Engineering, or related field (preferred). Strong communication,problem-solving, and organizational skills. Familiarity withconstruction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MSProject). A proactive mindset and eagerness to grow into a ProjectManager role.
