The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management within the commercial construction industry. This role requires time management skills, the ability to run multiple fast-paced projects from inception to completion on time and within budget, and finally the utilization of communicative skills. Responsibilities Lead and manage commercial construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure clear communication and project alignment. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise on the construction site. Prepare project schedules, contracts, purchase orders, etc. Implement effective time management strategies to optimize project scheduling and management. Develop project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Facilitate meetings with clientele to review project schedules, cost changes, and general updates. Qualifications Proven experience in project management within the commercial construction industry. Strong understanding of construction estimating processes and contract management. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with construction site operations. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members at all levels.
