Job Overview TSUNAMI is searching for a fulltime, hands-on Project Administrator (PA) that will oversee the planning and execution of projects. Your job will be to ensure seamless coordination across teams and between customers while managing project timelines, organizing contractors, and ensuring that all materials and resources are available for successful installation. The PA must be detail-oriented and highly organized, enabling smooth workflows for technicians and delivering a positive initial customer experience. Strong problem-solving, time management, and electrical/IT knowledge are essential, along with the ability to effectively communicate and occasionally travel to job sites. Duties General project management | project infrastructure planning, communication between company & customer Providing project updates and organizing contractors for scope of work Coordinating cross-functionally between multiple teams (e.g., sales, production, billing) Managing inventory for electrical supplies Ability to independently deploy and schedule installations
