Job Description
Revel Group is seeking a highly organized and motivated Entry-Level Project Manager to join our Design & Development team. This role will support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects at Anakeesta, WildSide, and other Revel Group properties. This role will play a key role in bringing immersive and dynamic spaces to life. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing construction projects from CD-phase to delivery. Support the development of project schedules, budgets, and timelines. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met. Coordinate with general and specialized contractors. Track project progress and maintain detailed documentation, including reports and meeting notes. Assist in reviewing design plans and ensuring alignment with project goals and Anakeesta’s brand vision. Monitor construction progress, conduct site visits, and conduct QA for stakeholders. Communicate updates, risks, and progress reports to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with permits and industry standards. Support procurement efforts, including sourcing materials, and obtaining bids. Participate in design and planning meetings, providing logistical and organizational support.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. Previous work experience may suffice in lieu of degree. 0-2 years of experience in project management, construction, or related roles. Basic understanding of construction processes, materials, and project documentation. Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, MS Project, or similar tools. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to problem-solve and adapt in a dynamic work environment. Must have a valid driver’s license. Must be able to manage multiple projects at any given time. Passion for themed entertainment, hospitality, or destination development is a plus. Why Join Us?
