Landscaping Project Manager:
3+ years of experience in enhancement and landscape project management with a broad knowledge of landscape design and construction; Previous project management experience, including experience working with multiple installation projects simultaneously; Basic knowledge of materials and labor costs; Ability to lead a team.
Responsibilities of Landscaping Project Manager:
Formulating and administering long-range plans for all jobsites; Developing and communicating the monthly, weekly, and daily schedules; Managing labor hours and materials to ensure profitability; Rotating job sites to ensure high standards of safety and quality workmanship are established and maintained; Overseeing the timely and accurate procurement of material deliveries & equipment requirements as needed; Managing the change order process to ensure that no work goes unbilled; Tracking, analyzing, and leveraging data to improve results of the project.
