          PROJECT MANAGER

          position – What I’m Looking For Responsibilities Fundamentally, the job is about managing our residential and light commercial repaint projects. Our average project lasts about 3 days, and you will be responsible for coordinating the job with the customer and the crew from start to finish. For each project, you will be responsible for:

          • Scheduling the job with the client
          • Helping the client pick colors
          • Scheduling the job with the crew
          • Scheduling and leading the pre-job walkthrough with the client and crew
          • Daily job site visits and check-ins
          • Scheduling and leading the final walkthrough with the client and crew
          • Collecting the final check
          • Collecting reviews You will ensure that each project is kept on schedule and within budget while delivering an amazing experience for our clients. You will be responsible for updating the CRM and 4 Week Projection spreadsheets, and for meeting with and recruiting new painting crews. You will report directly to me (Evan), the owner. Requirements

                                      • Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor in interactions while representing the company.
                                      • Must have reliable transportation and cell phone. Must maintain vehicle in a professional appearance.
                                      • Must be proficient in basic Microsoft Excel Software and use of a personal computer or Ipad for Excel, MS Word, and Google Mail/Calendar/Drive.
                                      • Must be able to learn new software.
                                      • Minimum of 2 years of successful project management experience in the construction industry desired. Must be able to demonstrate work history of completing projects on time, on budget, and with excellent results.
                                      • Experience in residential or commercial repainting is preferred but not required.
                                      • Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus but not required.
