Position Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with a background in engineering and extensive experience in the chemical or nuclear industry. This leadership role supports technical operations and management of complex systems within a regulatory environment, with a focus on safety, compliance, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mix of hands-on technical expertise, project management experience, and cross-functional team leadership, especially in Department of Energy (DOE) or National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) environments. Job Responsibilities/Duties Oversee maintenance, installation, and repair of critical equipment in chemical or nuclear processing environments. Manage and optimize treatment processes with a focus on improving efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing system performance Ensure compliance with RCRA permit requirements and maintain operations within defined facility safety envelopes per

regulations. Provide strategic leadership and personnel management across multiple technical disciplines Conduct risk assessments, hazard analyses, and develop comprehensive mitigation strategies Oversee waste handling operations, including packaging, assaying, and treatment, as well as coordination with analytical laboratory services Lead large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects involving multiple stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) Drive project execution and process improvement through collaboration with engineering, safety, and compliance teams Analyze operational data to identify trends, inform decision-making, and support continuous improvement initiatives Required Qualifications Bachelor of Science (B.S.) Degree in Engineering from an accredited college/university. Minimum of 10 years in technical and management experience in chemical or nuclear industry Minimum of 5 years of experience maintaining, installing, and repairing equipment and managing treatment processes Proven experience managing an RCRA-permitted facility and maintaining a

facility within prescribed safety boundaries Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage personnel across various technical fields Extensive experience with waste treatment systems, packaging materials, absorbents, and analytical service coordination Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Engineering Active or eligible for Q Clearance Experience working in
