The Project Manager I will oversee and coordinate constructionprojects in the commercial sector (Ground Up), ensuring they arecompleted on time and within budget. This role is based inKnoxville and involves collaborating with teams and stakeholders todeliver high-quality results. Description Manage constructionprojects from planning through completion, ensuring adherence totimelines and budgets. Collaborate with stakeholders, contractors,and team members to define project goals and deliverables. Prepareand present project updates, addressing any risks or delayseffectively. Ensure compliance with all safety, legal, andregulatory requirements on-site. Monitor project progress andimplement strategies to optimize efficiency and quality. Coordinateprocurement and allocation of resources, including materials andlabor. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fosteringa positive work environment. Maintain accurate projectdocumentation and records for reporting and analysis. Profile Asolid understanding of construction project management principlesand practices. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills tohandle multiple tasks effectively. Experience in collaborating withdiverse teams and stakeholders in the business services industry.

Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
