My client is looking for a Project Manager who can manage theground up construction on Commercial construction projects. Manageand coordinate the day to day of construction operations. Description Run/manage project from startto finish Oversee Subcontractors and full construction project on adaily bases Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors, andsuppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods.

Establish and maintain an effective and professional on siteworking relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineersand other parties related to the project. Enforce a safe workenvironment, practices and culture on the project. Profile 6 yearof previous experience working with a General Contractor Bachelor’sDegree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a relatedfield a plus Experience handling commercial projects Strongsoftware and technology skills is a plus Able to communicate and beorganized Time Management Skills – making sure everything is ontime and completed thoroughly Experience with a team structure aplus Job Offer Competitive Compensation Package depending onexperience 15 days of
