• Responsibilities of the Commercial Project /

Operations Manager :

• Determine both client & project needs
• Provide support to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Coordinates job site visits with respect to client needs and crew strengths to ensure crews are meeting or exceeding quality and brand delivery standards
• Ensure that all field programs, systems, and initiatives are being executed at a high level
• Build and foster a performance culture with painting crews to maximize productivity and profitability
• Provide field training and coach painting crews to improve brand delivery and productivity
• Take ownership with diligent client follow-up and follow-through
• Facilitates the resolution of client warranty & workmanship issues
• Ensure painting crews are compliant with Company, OSHA, and EPA safety guidelines and regulations
• Work with vendors to ensure equipment and materials are readily available when needed.
• Requirements for the Project /

Operations Manager :

• Customer service mindset
• Experience in leading people and managing business processes
• High attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Ability to perform under pressure
• Experience managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
• Experience in a construction trade a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to navigate software-based platforms
• Show strong priority and time management behaviors
• High school diploma or GED required
• Advanced education degree, coursework, or tech school preferred
