We’re hiring a hands-on, detail-loving Project Manager to lead packaging development and support product initiatives across our brand. You’ll bring physical products to life—translating design and brand concepts into packaging that’s functional, beautiful, and shelf-ready. This is a great fit if: You’ve got 2+ years working in packaging, product development, or project coordination You’re ready to take more ownership and lead projects—not just assist You thrive in fast-paced environments where you can make your mark You’re curious, collaborative, and excited to learn from every corner of the business What you’ll do: Manage packaging projects across DTC, Wholesale, and Marketplace channels Turn brand ideas into real packaging by coordinating dielines, materials, and compliance Work with Product, Brand, GTM, and Operations teams to keep timelines on track Build project dashboards and share monthly updates on progress and performance Identify and suggest process improvements to make our packaging even better What you bring: 2+ years of experience in packaging development, product, or project management Understanding of materials and packaging processes Strong organizational and communication skills Experience with PM tools like Monday.com (or willingness to learn quickly) A team-first mindset with a hunger to grow your impact Bonus points for: Experience in consumer goods, retail, or e-comm Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field PMP, Agile, or similar certification Why this role?
