Sales/Project Manager M&M Staffing, LLC Columbia, TN 38401 M & M Staffing, LLC is looking to fill a Full- Time Sales Project Manager position located in Columbia, TN for a Machine Fabrication company. Pay Ranges from $75K-$100K/Annually. The hours are 7am-3pm Monday- Friday with overtime as requested. Candidate must have a minimum 5 years of work experience in custom metal manufacturing sales and project management required, preferable with Stainless/Carbon Steel and Aluminum. Candidate will be responsible for estimating, planning, executing, and managing projects to meet quality, budget, and schedule requirements with the ability to sell Machining, Fabrication, and Field Maintenance Services. Candidate needs in- depth knowledge of metal manufacturing process meeting ASME and AWS codes including welding (GMAW, GTAW, SAW,etc), machining (CNC and manual), and special processes. Candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of a project from kick-off to close-out, including written and verbal communication at all levels within the organization as well as externally to customers and suppliers. Candidate will be accountable for project results, working in conjunction with Estimating, Project Controls, Accounting , and Operations Manager, clearly communicating expectations and needs. Candidate must have excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Project scheduling software, JobBoss, CAD, and SolidWorks.
