Thomas Builders, Inc. (Niota, TN)seeks Assistant Project Manager. Plan, direct, or coordinate activities concerned w/ the construction & maintenance of structures, facilities, & systems.
Req:
BS in Const. Mgmt or rel/equiv. 1 yr as Proj Mgr/Engr or rel. 6 mos exp collaborating to manage budgets, budget transfers, COs, WOs & contracts for SOW; & assisting on request of pay applications, POs, changes, records, & documentation req. Incidental travel 5% or less w/in TN for specific projects.
