Position requires 3-5 years of experience working at a Journeyman (or equivalent) level. Pass a background check, including drug test. Must have a clean driving record with a valid Tennessee license. Works well with others to reach common goals. Proficiency in using various software applications (Procore, MS Office Suite, and Estimation Software). Ability to learn new software/cloud-based project management systems. Strong business skills. Familiarity with electrical equipment, materials, and specifications. Proficiency at reading and interpreting blueprints. Experience with contract documents (contract drawings, subcontracts, contract addendum, specifications, and change orders). Must possess an ambitious attitude with a desire to advance.
