Job DetailsResponsibilities:

Lead the project development from feasibility toclose-out in compliance with capital development standards. Ensuresite stakeholder engagement to ensure operational readiness andmaintainability. Establish and maintain project risk register andensure required Hazop’s. Maintain and active project schedule andstatus Build and develop the project team to ensure maximumperformance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivationCoordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projectsadhere to scope, schedule, and budget Analyze project status and,when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensurethat project requirements can be met Lead project review meetingsduring the course of a project with site and steerco. Projectdeployment and a successful startup with continuous support, deployinside project financials, achieve project timelines, comply orexceed quality targets encompassed in the project scope.

Qualifications:

Strong project management, problem solving anddecision making skills and abilities, Lean Enterprise or ContinuousImprovement background is a requirement. Highly organized; capableof multitasking across multiple projects Bachelor’s Degree inengineering preferred. Other disciplines will be considered withproven experience in large project development and implementation 5to 10 years’ experience in a related role 5 to 10 years’ experiencein heavy industry Highly demonstrated ability in conceptual andpractical planning skills Strong working ability with MS Office(spreadsheets, project planners, charting etc) Experience in SAPpreferred Proficient in AUTOCAD Interested in hearing more?
