PMP certification Hands-on project management skills. Waterfall PM. Able to manage mid-flight projects. Gathering requirements Managing projects via tools like Excel, MS Project, or Smartsheet (Smartsheet is what this team uses)
Bachelors Degree Two Active Projects:
Implementing MS Teams as their one-voice platform Network Standardization Project= Developing new telephony system + hardware rollout company-wide. Moving to a consolidated Cisco Meraki stack.
