Position Overview/Responsibilities for the

Project Coordinator :

• Engage with internal teams to assess workflow needs and build tailored folder structures in Box
• Document each team’s current and future-state workflow related to document storage and collaboration
• Design and implement organized folder structures in Box tailored to each team’s operational needs
• Deliver team-specific training sessions and provide hands-on support during go-live
• This is a contract position for approximately 2 months, with the possibility of extension
• A high-level understanding of PHI/data privacy is required, training will be provided
  Required Skills for

Project Coordinator :

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate training and develop user-friendly support materials
• Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with other collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, or Office 365
