Position Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing restoration projects from start to finish—managing timelines, budgets, crews, and client communication. You will be the key point of contact for customers and insurance adjusters, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, professionally, and in line with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple restoration projects simultaneously (water, fire, mold, storm) Coordinate job scope, estimates, work orders, and schedules Supervise field crews, subcontractors, and vendors Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and internal teams Monitor job costs and ensure profitability of each project Ensure compliance with safety and quality control standards Prepare and review documentation, including job files and progress reports
Qualifications:
2+ years of project management experience in the restoration or construction industry Strong understanding of Xactimate and industry-standard estimating practices Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to handle high-pressure situations and solve problems quickly IICRC certification(s) preferred (WRT, ASD, FSRT, etc.) Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Why Join Us?
