Position Summary:
FRSTeam by Middle Tennessee is seeking a service-focused, experienced and friendly professional to join our team as the Project Manager. As the Project Manager, you will be the face of FRSTeam in the field. Compassion, empathy, and patience are key traits of a successful candidate. We seek an individual with strong decision-making skills and the ability to work well with change. Project Managers must be able to multi-task and show great attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple restoration projects simultaneously (water, fire, mold, storm) Coordinate job scope, estimates, work orders, and schedules Supervise field crews, subcontractors, and vendors Packing, carrying, inventorying damaged personal property from water, fire and mold incidents. Packing and moving duties can include up to full house pack outs. Inventory, track, and document order through production processing review and follow up billings and customer concerns manage multiple job files and assignments Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and internal teams Monitor job costs and ensure profitability of each project Ensure compliance with safety and quality control standards Prepare and review documentation, including job files and progress reports
Qualifications:
2+ years of project management experience in the restoration or construction industry, preferred. Strong understanding of Xactimate and industry-standard estimating practices Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills People oriented and highly organized. Must be able to pass a driving background test. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and solve problems quickly IICRC certification(s) preferred (WRT, ASD, FSRT, etc. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8 hours. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Why Join Us?
