EAI is an award-winning contractor celebrating over 35 years in business. The company is based in Hendersonville, TN with a Southeastern United States client base. EAI specializes in structural and selective demolition, asbestos removal and other environmental related clean-up, as well as concrete cutting and coring. Due to our continued success/recent awards in the Memphis and NW Mississippi market, EAI is growing! A position is open for Assistant Project Manager in our Memphis, Tennessee office. Role & Responsibilities:
Assist Sr. PM w/On-going Projects and successful resource management Tracking of Subcontractors & their Project Engagement Review and Understanding of Plans/Specifications for Contracted SOW. Ensure compliance w/Local Regulatory Codes for EAI’s SOW Assistance w/Change Orders and Budgeting for Projects. Assistance in Site Walks for Upcoming Bids Assistance in Preparation of Bids w/Sr.
PM Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; time management. Adaptive/flexible in multi-tasking, changing/prioritizing tasks throughout the day Excellent communication skills Proficient in relevant software/Microsoft Programs, SharePoint & Blue Beam Understanding or reading plans, specifications and front-end documents. A plus working in Construction industry, but not a requirement 2-3+
