• Summary
• The in-house creative traffic manager is responsible for overseeing the smooth flow of creative projects within a company, ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality by managing workflows, assigning tasks, tracking progress, and communicating effectively with both creative teams (Creative Directors, Graphic Designers, Copywriters) and stakeholders across departments, acting as a vital link between creative execution and project management.

• Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
• + •Project Intake and Scheduling•: Receive new creative requests, assess project scope, and create detailed project timelines with clear deadlines for each phase + •Resource Allocation•: Assign creative tasks to appropriate team members or external agency partners based on their skills and availability, balancing workloads across the creative team + •Project Status Tracking•: Monitor project progress regularly, identify potential bottlenecks, and proactively address issues to maintain project momentum + •Communication and Collaboration•: Facilitate open communication between creative team, project managers, line of business marketers and other key stakeholders to ensure everyone is informed about project status and any changes + •Budget Management•: Collaborate with project managers to track project budgets, identify cost variations and adjust as needed + •Workflow Optimization•: Identify areas for improvement in the creative process, propose and implement new workflow systems to enhance efficiency + •Reporting and Analysis•: Generate regular reports on project progress, resource utilization, and key performance indicators to provide insights to leadership •Skills and Experience required:•+ •Project Management Experience•: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines + •Strong Communication Skills•: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey project updates and address concerns + •Organizational Skills•: Ability to manage complex workflows, maintain detailed project documentation, and effectively prioritize tasks + •Creative Understanding•: Basic knowledge of design principles and creative processes to effectively collaborate with creative teams + Self-directed and capable of working in a fast-paced environment + Banking/Financial Services experience nice to have, but not necessary •About Us•First Horizon Corporation is a leading regional financial services company, dedicated to helping our clients, communities and associates unlock their full potential with capital and counsel.
