1.0 Version date: 11 October 2022 Job purpose Develop and implement client solutions (systems, processes & procedures) for new and existing clients, mainly focused on our own distribution centers and the external network of strategic stock locations (SSL’s). Sales Support Supporting the Sales team during conversations with new and existing clients regarding topics such as footprint analysis, IT integration and capabilities, gaining insight in the client’s current situation and processes. Initiate and request data from new and existing clients and reviewing & validating this data with the client. Analyze data (from internal and external sources) and translating this to solutions in our systems, processes, and procedures within our business standards. Informing and advising clients and the Sales team regarding the implementation of processes and systems. Implementing (new) clients Translate client specific requirements to our transport and warehouse management system driven and controlled processes and solutions. Develop, setup and test system integrations between client systems and BLG systems in conjunction with IT (where needed). Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders regarding the progress of the implementation process. Coordinate the implementation, monitor the project plan, and identify delays, risks and other factors that may delay a successful on-time delivery of the implementation plan. Plan, document and maintain the progress of the implementation plan in our project management software or action trackers. Facilitate a proper handover of finished implemented clients and/or implemented processes to operational departments (Customer Care, Warehouse, Finance) Developed Logistic Solutions Initiate and participate in the development of new processes, systems, or solutions. Produce and deliver projects, concepts, and solutions in operational and IT specifications Identify and research market needs and market trends. Present solutions to internal stakeholders Compliant with regulations and procedures Maintain quality by following organization procedures, attend training sessions and ensure follow up of Client specific requirements as per agreed procedures & instructions Complying with and monitoring compliance with legal and corporate obligations and procedures Requirements Education, knowledge, experience level: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent obtained through work experience Several years of relevant working experience Broad knowledge of logistic and administrative processes Experience with

TMS & WMS

platform Fluent in English (verbal/written) Excellent knowledge and skills with Microsoft Office applications Competencies and skills: Strong communicator Commercial instinct Planning & organizing. Analytic Independent Additional information/requirements In addition to main activities and requirement as described above, the employee is expected to: Be reachable outside regular working hours, within reason. Able to travel (international). Is able to meet the requirements and comply with regulations regarding international travel.
