Compensation:

Based on Experience Orgill is seeking a highly experienced Lead Implementation Project Manager with a proven track record delivering multiple full-cycle Oracle ERP implementations, preferably within Distribution and Retail industries. This role requires deep implementation expertise, business process insight, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a complex enterprise setting. Key Responsibilities Lead Oracle ERP implementation projects from planning through go-live and stabilization Manage scope, schedule, and budget across IT, Operations, Finance, and business units Partner with executive leadership and technical teams to align timelines, goals, and resources Oversee integration strategy, data migration, testing, and training efforts Drive project risk management, issue resolution, and escalation protocols Coordinate internal and external resources, including Systems Integrator and other third-party vendors Plan and execute Organizational Change Management to support successful implementations Ensure a smooth transition to post-go-live support and operational ownership Qualifications Demonstrated success as Client Lead Implementation Project Manager for 3+ full-cycle Oracle ERP implementations, coordinating with client companies, SIs and Oracle Corporation Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP, including multi-GAAP Financials, EPM and Procurement 10+ years of project management experience in enterprise environments, including Distribution and Retail industries Proficient in data conversion strategy, systems integration, and process alignment Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP certification strongly preferred PMP or equivalent Project Management certification strongly preferred Helpful Skills and Experience Experience in Wholesale and/or Retail industries Experience with hard goods Supply Chain and Procurement Desired Attributes Excellent communication skills, verbally and in writing Excellent customer service skills and delivery Able to work in a team environment and unsupervised Attention to detail Self-motivated Presents a poised, professional image and professional conduct Compensation is based on experience.
