Job Summary:
- As a Project Manager for our airport janitorial services, you will oversee all aspects of our operations within the airport environment.
This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership, and innovation. You will be responsible for managing our cleaning and floor care teams, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety are met, while also maintaining efficient operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management:
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to ensure effective performance and adherence to safety protocols. Conduct regular inspections to guarantee high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.

Communication:
- Maintain excellent communication lines with all stakeholders, including airport authorities, team members, and vendors. Ensure clear, concise, and positive interactions that reflect our company’s values.

Terrazzo Floor and Carpet Maintenance:
- Possess hands-on experience and knowledge in the maintenance of terrazzo floors and carpet cleaning, applying best practices to extend lifespan and maintain appearance.

Vendor Management:
- Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring the provision of quality equipment and materials. Negotiate contracts and oversee procurement processes.

Inventory Management:
- Effectively manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability while optimizing costs.

Technology Integration:
- Embrace and implement technology-driven equipment and programs to enhance operational efficiency. Train teams on the use of these technologies and ensure they are leveraged to their full potential.

Inspection and Quality Control:
- Conduct regular inspections and quality control measures to ensure all areas meet or exceed cleanliness standards. Implement corrective actions as needed.

Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure all operations comply with regulatory requirements and safety standards. Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in airport janitorial management, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in the maintenance of terrazzo floors, carpet cleaning and airport restrooms, gates and common areas.
- Demonstrated ability to train and lead a diverse team.
- Excellent vendor management skills.
- Proficient in inventory management.
- Technologically adept, with experience in operating and integrating technology-driven equipment and programs.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with the regulatory environment and safety standards applicable to airport operations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Certifications in janitorial services, facility management, or related areas are preferred.
