Retail Sales / Project Management Metro Builders, Inc 11269 Us Highway 64, Arlington, TN 38002 This is a dual-role position ideal for a motivated individual with both sales acumen and project coordination skills. As a Retail Outside Sales Associate / Project Manager, you will be the face of Metro Builders to homeowners, responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire project lifecycle. You’ll handle retail roofing sales, including both cash and insurance projects and oversee builds, ensuring quality and timeliness. Key Responsibilities Run Metro provided leads and canvass the surrounding homes to pickup other clients with damage. We turn our leads into multiple. Prospect and follow up with residential homeowners through walk-up leads, canvassing, inbound inquiries, and referrals. Collect all proper documentation including photos, measurements and any complexities on clients homes. Educate potential clients on roofing systems, product options, warranties, and the Metro Builders process for high quality roofing projects. Prepare and deliver estimates and proposals in a clear, confident manner Close sales and collect required documentation, down/final payments and deposits Schedule and coordinate material delivery, labor crews, and permit needs Serve as the main point of contact for the customer throughout the project Conduct pre-construction meetings and ensure job site readiness Perform final walkthroughs to ensure quality standards are met Document project progress and handle any necessary change orders Assist with obtaining reviews, referrals, and repeat business
