Sales/Project Manager Sales/Project Management:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the multifamily construction industry.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with prospective clients.
- Oversee all phases of assigned construction projects, from pre-construction through completion.
- Coordinate and manage the schedule, budget, resources, and team members to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery of materials and services.
- Conduct regular site visits and meetings to ensure safety standards and quality control are being met.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including change orders, RFIs, and progress reports.
Client Relations & Communication:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and maintaining long-term relationships.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 2 years in sales or business development within the multifamily sector.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with large multifamily renovation projects.
- Local market knowledge and established relationships with regional property ownership groups, property management companies, architects, and subcontractors.
