Aboutthe Sr. Project Manager Role Plans and directs all onsite or remoteactivities at highly complex client location(s) with revenues over$2MM, in relation to the storage, transportation and disposal ofmultiple hazardous and non-hazardous wastes and other relatedservices following federal, state & local regulations. Manages andplans activities of onsite personnel or 3rd party contractors.

Serves as liaison between client and vendors in relation to serviceissues and contract management. Maintains pre-established standardsfor safety and environmental issues. Identify regulatory, business,personnel concerns, develop and implement processes and solutions.

This is an on-site position located in Stanton, TN Essential Dutiesand Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, anindividual must be able to perform each essential dutysatisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned. Manage,measure, and track personnel daily responsibilities and activities.

Coordinate team assignments, roles and responsibilities to ensurecompliant and efficient completion of work responsibilities.

Promote culture of safety by ensuring site personnel are properlytrained to perform assigned duties and comply with safety,environmental, federal, state and local regulations. Ensure thatall team members maintain up to date certifications and training.

Coordinate logistics for transportation of hazardous andnon-hazardous waste from client site including profiling,scheduling, manifesting and physically loading bulk and drum loads.

Consult with client to identify, design and implement cost savingopportunities and proposals. Ensure compliance with WasteManagement client and government regulations by reviewing necessaryinspections and reporting. Identify areas of risk and develop andimplement corrective actions. Resolve all issues in a timelymanner. Review and comprehend client and vendor financialobligations including invoicing, reporting and contracts. Enactchanges and processes to maintain contractual compliance whileoptimizing EBIT. May occasionally be required to performlabor-intensive activities (e.g., drum collection and bulking).Supervisory Responsibilities The highest level of supervisoryskills required in this job is the management of supervisoryemployees.

This includes:

Direct supervision of 3 – 5 full-timemanager level employees. Indirect supervision of 40 – 50 on-siteemployees and contractors. Qualifications The requirements listedbelow are representative of the qualifications necessary to performthe job.

Education and Experience Education:

Bachelor’s Degree(accredited) in job related field, or in lieu of degree, HighSchool Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevantwork experience.

Experience:

Five (5) years of relevant experienceis required (in addition to education requirement). Certificates,Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements Valid Drivers LicensePre-assignment and/or pre-hire customer-specific drug and/oralcohol testing may be required by certain customer-contractrequirements. Such testing may include urinalysis, oral swab, drughair follicle testing and/or alcohol testing.
