Job Description:

Summary We are an Industrial Maintenance and ConstructionContractor actively performing work on a variety of sites in theSoutheast. The Project Manager reports to the COO and isresponsible for the complete project life cycle of a single largeproject or multiple small projects from the estimate/proposal stagethrough project execution and close out to final invoicing. Theposition provides leadership for the field execution team of directreports as well as coordination and teamwork with support servicespersonnel in the office. The Project Manager ensures projects aredelivered safely, within budget and as scheduled and supports salesand proposal efforts to obtain contracts. The position is alsoresponsible for project cost tracking, forecasting and accuratereporting. Project Manager Strong working knowledge of Direct HireIndustrial Construction Projects (Chemical, Pulp & Paper, HeavyIndustrial), construction methods, and problem-solving skillsProvide leadership and management of one large or multiple smallersize industrial construction projects. Ensure all employees performin accordance with safety policies and are provided safety trainingand applicable certification required by law and company policy.

Operate with integrity and ensure organization maintains a trustingrelationship with clients. Ensures projects are contracted inaccordance with company risk standards and never performed withoutan approved contract. Manage project budgets, schedules, andperformance/quality metrics to ensure accountability for Projectstatus at all time. Ensure accurate cost reporting and forecasting.

Report face to face with Executive management each month overproject progress and status Manage and ensure timely submittal ofchange orders. Manage the proposal process as applicable and ensureno work is performed without an acceptable contract. Manage projectcash flow. Ensure complete and timely submittal of invoices. Ensuretimely payment of invoices. Follow all company approval guidelines.
